| This converter translates data files from the
LabControl SPECTACLE data file format. It will also read data files from any OEM versions
of the SPECTACLE product including Shimadzu's HyperIR software.
This converter can translate files from all versions of SPECTACLE from V1.00 to V1.55. The
converter cannot translate files from the LabControl ViewPoint software. The
SPECTACLE software can be used to store data from all types of analytical instrumentation
including NMR, UV-Vis, MS and others. When you submit SPECTACLE data files for searching,
please make sure that you only submit FTIR or Raman spectra. Normally, FTIR and Raman data
files will use the *.irs file extension while the other types use different extensions
(i.e., *.uvd for UV-Vis data). However, this is not necessarily required in the SPECTACLE
software. |
