The data were collected at 2 cm^-1 spectral resolution using a Thermo Scientific FT-IR spectrometer and then mathematically deresolved when converted to Thermo Scientific Omnic library format.

Spectra in this library are on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Toxic Substances consolidated list of chemicals subject to reporting under Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA), also known as the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). This list includes chemicals referenced under the following federal statutory provisions:

	CERCLA Hazardous Substances (Reportable Quantity Chemicals)
	SARA Section 313 Toxic Chemicals
